Carry on St. Christopher's
St. Christopher’s team are about to apply for funding to enable them to make the church a more comfortable and adaptable community space. They plan to install a toilet, food prep/serving area, a new floor, and updated seating, lighting, heating and audio-visual kit. Much more space will be available for activities and a combination of existing pews and new chairs will provide lots of different seating options
Their grant applications will only be successful if they can demonstrate that there is a need for such a community venue in our village, so they are using a survey to assess the level of local support. They’re very keen to understand the interests and ideas of as many local people to help them plan future activities.
